The ClaritasCRM Product Suite is our in-house specially-designed complete call centre solution that runs on Windows Microsoft .NET platform, with a Microsoft SQL or Oracle database. The product suite is available as an On-Site application, or as Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) edition; both catering to our various clients’ needs.
